1. Login to Online Service System
(1) New or First time user
Log on to
e-Service System to register for a new account. You will then receive a set of account and password to log-in to the test system. Applicants can register for a test request and track certification status under this online system.
(2) Existing Account
If you already have an existing set of account and password, simply login to the
e-Service System to apply for a new test. Under "Test Registration" in the left menu bar, click on "New Test Request" and scroll down to find "SSD" and select "Certification" under Category. Fill in all required field of product information, and click Save. Your request will then being stored and submitted to an ITL service representative and you will be contacted shortly for the follow up arrangement.
2. Test your Product at an ITL
After your test request is made online, schedule a test slot with the ITL service representative, and submit minimum of two (2) product samples (DUTs) to ITL for testing.
3. Test Result Submission
After the completion of SSD Alliance compliance test, the ITL will submit the "pass" report to SSD Alliance and the applicant.
4. Certification Complete
Certification letter and Compliance ID will be issued by SSD Alliance after reviewing of the test result. You can decide if you want your certified product to be listed in the Compliant Device List.
5. Execute Logo License Agreement (Optional)
Applicant can obtain the license to use the SSDA Certified Logo for various marketing purposes by submitting the
Logo License Agreement. The license will be issued to the specific product which has been tested in conjunction with the SSD Alliance compliance program.
